We want this to be the best Christmas countdown you've ever had. If you are not happy with your Advent Things calendar, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
How to start a return
Email us at vorticeoscar@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply within 2 business days with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Conditions
- The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Please send the calendar back with its box and all remaining figures.
- Unless the item is damaged or defective, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If your calendar arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, at no cost to you.
Add-ons
Shipping Protection and Priority Shipping are services, not physical products. Once your order has shipped, these fees are non-refundable. The Mystery Box can be returned under the same conditions as the calendar.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days to appear on your statement.
