Shipping policy

Free tracked shipping

We ship to the United States and many other countries. Every order ships with free tracked shipping. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you receive an email with your tracking number.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 7 to 10 days from the day you place your order, processing included. Your estimated delivery date is also shown on the product page, right above the Add to cart button. Christmas is a busy period for carriers, so we recommend ordering early to open drawer 1 on December 1st.

Priority Shipping (optional)

Add Priority Shipping to your order and it will be packed and shipped first, ahead of standard orders.

Shipping Protection (optional)

Shipping Protection covers your order against loss, theft or damage in transit. If a protected order is lost, stolen or arrives damaged, contact us and we will send a replacement free of charge.

Customs and import duties

If any customs fees or import duties apply to your order, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for several days, or your parcel has not arrived by the estimated date, email us at vorticeoscar@gmail.com with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible: we can update the address only before the order ships.
